We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will gladly accept your timely return of unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise.
To return your product, it must include the vendor packaging and tags and it must be in the same condition as when it was received, used items can only be returned if they are defective. It is advised to inspect your item upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right. If you wish to return an item, outbound, return shipping and delivery charges will be your responsibility. A traceable return method is required (FedEX, UPS, etc).
The returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days.
Once your item is returned, it usually takes 7 to 14 days for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund and credit your account.

In-stock items normally ship within 3–6 business days after an order has been placed. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled. .
